In relation to countryside access, the Countryside Access
Service is responsible for:

maintenance and enhancement of Kent's Public Rights of Way
(PRoW) network

Countryside Access

Countryside Access Design Standards to assist landowners and
Countryside Agencies in raising the quality of access furniture
(e.g. gates, bridges, stiles) across the county are now available
