At One You Kent we can help boost your motivation or kick-start some lifestyle changes if you would like to lose weight, stop smoking, get more active or reduce your alcohol intake.

We are in the process of refreshing the ONE YOU Kent service. Referrals continue as normal but please be aware one of the providers, ABL Health, is currently experiencing technical issues.
