Bank holiday services
Most of our services will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday. However, many of our services are available online.
Report a concern

Out of hours emergencies
If there is an emergency, call 03000 41 91 91.
Our Contact Centre staff are available to take emergency calls only on Good Friday, Saturday 30 March, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. If your enquiry is not urgent you will be able to contact us from 8am on Tuesday 2 April 2024.
Our Kent Support and Assistance Service is closed from 3pm on 29 March until 8am on 2 April. If you need urgent assistance during this time, contact the Social Services line on 03000 41 91 91.

Our household waste recycling centres are:
