Day activities for people with a learning disability
Our activities for people with a learning disability provide a safe and supportive environment to learn new skills and make friends. Services are run from local venues including sports centres, country parks, libraries, cafés and community centres and there are transport options to and from the activities.
To be eligible for the service, you must:
- live in Kent
- have had a care management assessment from us.
If you already have a care manager, ask them about the service and discuss with them what you would like to do.
There are activities for people of all abilities, including:
- making friends and socialising
- learning new skills
- arts and crafts
- sport and leisure classes
- visits to local places of interest.
You can also read easy read guides for each area’s activities.
