Contact the SEND Enquiries Hub

Before you contact us

Did you know our SEND Information Hub has lots of information to support you and your child under 5, 5 to 16, or 16 to 25 year-old! If you're not too sure where to start, why not take our online quiz and you'll be given information relating to what you've answered.

We also have help if you're looking for education, health and care (EHC) plans (including annual reviews and phase transfers) and health or social care advice.

SEND Enquiries Hub - making it easier to get in touch

If you still can't find what you're looking for, don't worry we're here to help you with:

  • general SEND enquiries and our processes
  • local resources and support
  • updates to your child's ongoing assessment or annual reviews for EHC plans.

We can also pass on information to your child's allocated caseworker or team. To contact us complete our online form. If you don't want to create an account that's okay. Simply click 'continue without an account'.
