Sometimes a little extra help can make everyday life easier for children, young people and their families.

Here you'll find information about social care support for children and young people with SEND, including assessments, short breaks, equipment, home adaptations and family support.

We're here to help you understand your options and find the support available to you.

    Register your disabled child with us and help us plan services for disabled children. You may also get the Max Card (a discount card).

    A one stop shop where SEND children, young people and families can attend appointments with different services in the same place on the same day.

  • Children in care

    Support for children and young people in care and looked after children in Kent, including Care Leavers and Virtual School Kent.
