Coaching and mentoring network

We have embedded a culture of 'manager as coach' within the organisation and as an off-shoot of its success, have formed the South East Coaching & Mentoring Network in partnership with Kent Fire and Rescue.

Where coaching and mentoring inside an organisation may not be a high priority during the current economic climate, the network will really come into its own by providing valuable development and support on a reciprocal basis.

The key to the success of the network is the dedication and professionalism of the coaches.

The network is encouraging a number of private sector organisations to join which will add to the diversity of the coaching pool.
