Your County - Putting Kent First
Services we provide
To get your child a school place in Kent, you will need to follow the school application processes. Kent County Council have their own process, and some schools may also ask you to fill in their own forms or give them extra information.
The process is different depending on the age of your child, so applying for your child's first primary school place is different to applying for their first secondary school place.
If you wish to transfer your child to another school you will need to apply as an In Year admission. For more information on how to do this refer to our In Year admissions page.
