Video starts with a car pulling up to a barrier at a household waste recycling centre. A man in a high vis jacket is leaning out of a cabin appearing to greet the driver of the car. He lifts the barrier up remotely and the car drives through.
[title card] Recycling, let's get it sorted.
Narrator: 21,000 tonnes of waste to Kent's recycling centres last year came in black sacks.
[Video changes to a man carrying a cardboard box. He places it in the back of his car, where there are additional cardboard boxes filled to the brim with goods from his home.
Man looks at the camera and says: 50% of it could have been recycled, if it had been pre-sorted by material type before arriving on site.
[Man shuts his car boot and video transitions to him at the household waste recycling centre. He is holding a cardboard box, which is filled with a kettle and a fan plus other goods.]
Man: If you need advice on where items go, just talk to a member of staff on site.
[Man starts walking towards a member of staff on site. in high vis uniform]
Man: "I've got all this stuff."
Staff member in a high vis uniform points out into the distance, smiles and says: "Yep electrical go in bin number 18 spot."
[Man walks off to number 18.]
