Energy grants and support
There are schemes and grants to help you make changes to your home, to improve its energy efficiency and environmental impact.
Some programmes you can apply for directly with us, others you'll need to apply for through partners.
We can also provide financial assistance for your energy costs.
Boiler upgrade scheme
The government is providing grants for domestic properties to install low carbon heating systems between 2022 and 2025. The grants can offer £5,000 off the cost and installation of air source heat pumps and biomass boilers, and £6,000 off the cost and installation of a ground source heat pump. Find out more information about boiler upgrades on the GOV.UK website.
District council grants
Some district councils can offer financial assistance to help with heating, insulation and other works to your property if you meet certain criteria.
