Our improvement plan for SEND in Kent (Accelerated Progress Plan), sets out the work to rapidly improve support for children, young people and their families over the next 12 months.

We have been working with you (parents, carers and young people) and our partners, and are making lots of changes from the feedback we receive.
Along the way we want you to be involved in all of the changes, we want our SEND information hub to be made for you by you.
