We also offer help with education, health, and care (EHC) plans. This includes annual reviews, phase transfers, and health or social care advice.

SEND Enquiries Hub - making it easier to get in touch

If you still can't find what you're looking for, don't worry; we're here to help you with:

  • updates to your child's ongoing assessment or annual reviews for EHC plans.

Contact the SEND Enquiries Hub Team

We aim to help you as quickly as possible. We sometimes are very busy, so it may take us longer to get back to you.

Call our contact centre at 03000 41 99 94. They’re available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. They will handle your enquiry and forward it to the SEND Enquiries Team.

Complaints

School or college

Talk to your school first. If you have a case worker, speak to them too. Let them know if  you’re unhappy with how they’re meeting your child’s needs. If you are still unhappy, follow our schools complaints procedure.

SEND services

Unhappy about the services we offer? Talk to the person you've been in touch with or your named case worker, if you have one. If you are still unhappy, follow our complaints procedure.
