Right to Challenge is one route that community and voluntary groups and council staff can use to bid to run a council service. Whatever route you choose to use, there is a range of advice and guidance available for any group wishing to establish themselves as a social enterprise and prepare to run a service. Government advice and grants

My Community Rights is an advice and support service provided by government for people interested in using the Community Rights. Grants are also available. The advice, guidance and grants to support organisations wishing to use Right to Challenge may also be available to any community or voluntary group interested in taking over a council service, even if you do not intend to use Right to Challenge.
