ICT Strategy
Our ICT strategy sets the framework for how we will use technology to support the delivery of our overriding outcomes in the strategic 5 year plan.
The ICT Strategy provides direction and strategic priorities that will shape the council technology environment. It provides a platform that can exploit innovation in the delivery of new service models, whilst providing a stable and resilient infrastructure which facilitates the most efficient use of resources.
This strategy will be a ‘living’ document, updated to respond to the changing and evolving business needs.
