We can take your details over the phone but you'll need to send copies of your supporting documents by post.
Apply by post
Due to the coronavirus pandemic our access to inbound post is still limited, so your application may take longer to process than usual.
Apply in a library
You can apply for a new pass or a replacement pass in some Kent libraries. Library staff can accept your application form with your evidence of eligibility and your photo and send it to us on your behalf. If you go to a hub library, staff there will assist you to apply online.
