A228 Snodland Bypass phase 3

Location of the works

Closure of the A228 between the Rocfort Road junction and Holborough roundabout.

Thursday 16 May to Tuesday 28 May (8 nights), 9pm to 5am.

Outside these hours, the road will be open for traffic. No work will take place on the 27 May due to a bank holiday or at weekends.

You may experience some disruption during the works. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we will try to keep this to a minimum.

If you live on the west side of the A228 (opposite side to the train station), access to your property is from the south via Malling Road.

For residents living on the east side of the A228 (the same side of the train station), your access will be via Rocfort Road heading northbound.

You will only be able to exit by heading southbound from Brook Street. You must then follow our diversion route to reach the M2 or Medway.

There are no restrictions in place if you are accessing the estate from a southbound direction.

To access the train station and Mid Kent Business Park, you must travel via Rocfort Road heading northbound.

You will only be able to exit by heading southbound from Brook Street. You must then follow our diversion route to reach the M2 or Medway.
