All commercial CON29O requests are carried out by district councils.
Carry out a personal search
As part of the environmental information regulations, you can view free of charge:
- the register of common land and village greens at Invicta House, Maidstone.
- a register of declarations protecting land against new public rights of way or village greens.
If you would like us to carry out a search, on your behalf, then you can send your request, together with full details and a plan of the property, to us. This is a cost for this service, details can be found in the asset register in our publication scheme.

How long it takes
- Standard search – less than 5 days
