We want to give parents, carers and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) the information you need. To do this we will:

• listen to you
• learn what you want to see on the SEND information hub
• let you know what help is available at nursery, school or college
• use the SEND information hub to raise your aspirations
• share how to achieve your full potential as an adult.
