Connect to Work is a voluntary supported employment programme launched by the UK government as part of the Get Britain Working Strategy. It is designed to help disabled people, those with health conditions, and people with complex barriers to employment, to find sustainable work.

The programme offers up to 12 months of support for both unemployed people who are motivated to work, and individuals at work but at risk of falling out as result of their health or barrier.

We will support more than 9,000 individuals across Kent and Medway until 2030, and work with employers as partners to provide free, ongoing support with recruitment and retention.
