The 2019 to 2022 strategy outlines how the Kent Libraries, Registrations and Archives will:

• retain the community network for 99 libraries
• make sure everyone is welcome
• be sustainable and innovative
• enrich people's lives
• help everyone to live well
• maximise the use of our community assets and partnership delivery.
