What an MYP does
MYPs represent their community on the national political stage.
They speak to decision makers to raise awareness of the issues that effect young people.
Campaign priorities
At the October 2024 annual sitting of the UK Youth Parliament, members voted for their campaigns for the next year. The campaigns are:
- lowering the voting age to 16 years
- period dignity.
