Putting the person at the centre of our vision

Back in 2022, we spoke with residents who use our adult social care services. We also spoke to their friends, family members, carers, and our partners. We wanted to understand how you felt and how we could improve our services.

We engaged with communities across Kent to:

• share the key findings
• hear from those who matter most on what’s working well
• understanding the areas we can improve together.

We worked with our partners to create the Adult Social Care Strategy. We also created the vision for our Kent Carers’ Strategy.

Our vision is “Making a positive difference every day, supporting you to live as full and safe life as possible and make informed choices.”
