Street light shining into your property
Let us know if a street light is shining into your property, we may be able to adjust the angle of the lantern or the brightness.
If adjusting the light doesn't work, you can ask us to install a shield. If the street light has been modified in the last 3 months we will fit a shield for free. If the street light has not been modified in the last 3 months it will cost £150 plus VAT per shield to be installed.
Unfortunately, it may not always be possible to get rid of the problem. We need to find a way for the street light to be effective for residents. So, we may need to find a compromise with you.
