Replace or return a Blue Badge
Request a Blue Badge replacement form if you:
- have lost your badge
- have a faded badge
- change your name.
Email bluebadgeteam@kent.gov.uk to ask for a replacement Blue Badge form. Once we approve your application, we'll ask for a £10 badge fee.

Or hand it in at your nearest library or Gateway.
No longer need a Blue Badge
If you no longer need your Blue Badge or it has expired, just cut it into pieces and destroy it. There's no need to send it back to us.
If the badge holder has passed away, hand it to the registrar when you register the death.
Moved out of county
Until the Blue Badge expires, we are still responsible for the badge. If you need a replacement before it expires, email bluebadgeteam@kent.gov.uk and we'll send you a new application form.
After it expires, reach out to your new local authority for an application form
Stolen Blue Badge
If your Blue Badge gets stolen, call the Police at 101 and ask for a crime reference number.
Email bluebadgeteam@kent.gov.uk to ask for a replacement Blue Badge form. Once we approve your application, we will ask for a £10 badge fee.
