We understand plans can change. If you can’t make your slot or need to use a different vehicle, updating your booking is quick and easy.

By letting us know, you help us offer your slot to someone else. This helps us keep everything running smoothly.

Cancel or change your slot

If you need to cancel or change your slot to visit one of our household waste recycling centres (HWRC), follow the link in your confirmation email.

If you don’t use your slot and don’t cancel, you may not be able to book future visits.

Change a vehicle on a booking

If you need to use a different vehicle, bring your booking reference with you. Let the staff know of the update when you arrive. Don't forget to check our vehicle restrictions before you visit.
