Apply for a household waste recycling centre vehicle voucher

From 4 November, you'll need a digital permit to use a restricted vehicle at our recycling centres.

We are no longer accepting applications for paper vouchers because they will not be processed and issued before digital permits become available. You can continue to use paper vouchers until 31 January.

If you have an urgent exceptional circumstance and cannot delay your visit in a restricted vehicle, contact us.
