We understand that moving house can be stressful. We know it can cause uncertainty and worry when your child has special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

We are here to help if you’re moving to or from Kent and your child or young person:

  • already has an education, health and care (EHC) plan
  • is part way through an education, health and care needs assessment (EHCNA).

Whether you're moving into Kent or moving away, we can let you know:

  • what usually happens
  • what you need to do
  • who can support you at each stage.
