You can make the following changes to your KCC Travel Saver by logging in to your KCC Travel Saver account.

Pay for your travel saver

You can complete your application and pay for your travel saver when you log in to your account.

Replace lost, stolen or damaged passes

You can order a replacement online if your pass has been lost, stolen or damaged. Have a credit or debit card handy to pay the £10 replacement fee.

As soon as you order your replacement pass, your old pass will no longer work.

You can have 5 replacement passes per school year. We will process your request for a replacement pass as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 4 weeks to arrive at school.

If you have found a pass, let us know:

Update your personal details or photo

You can update the information associated with your KCC Travel Saver online.

When you log in you'll be able to update your:

  • address
  • telephone number
  • school details
  • pass photo.

Cancel your travel saver application

If you no longer need a pass, you can cancel your pending application before it is approved. Once your application has been approved it cannot be cancelled.
