Waste complaints
We are responsible for the household waste recycling centres in Kent.
Complete our complaint form if you are unhappy with:
- our HWRC policy (restrictions on vehicles, commercial waste, pedestrians for example)
- HWRC voucher scheme eligibility
- the level of service provided at HWRC.

When we respond
We aim to respond to your complaint within 20 working days. However, complex complaints may mean we need more time to investigate. If there are any delays, we will let you know.
Make a complaint to your borough and district councils
Your borough and district councils are responsible for:
- bin collections
- dog waste
- fly-tipping
- litter
- street cleaning
- roadside waste bins.
