[Title card] What the treatment is like?

[Narrator] "Kent County Council, alcohol and drug support, what the treatment is like?"

A woman is talking over a number of male and female residents sitting down in a calm office environment. All smiling at the camera as they sit down to talk to the service. Some are expressive with their hands, others are calmly drinking tea and some are chatting.

[Woman speaks over images] "When someone comes into our service, we want to get to know them. We'll spend some time having a chat, find out a bit about what they've experienced before in their life, their substance use, and what their goals are really.

[Woman is now on the screen] "It's not a case that everybody gets the same one size fits all approach. We'll support people with all sorts of things, navigating the house system, training for jobs, we'll support them to access the right people that can give them that training. So it's not just a drug and alcohol service, it's a landing pad."

[images on card change] The images reflecting residents receiving help through the service showing them job opportunities, chatting through leaflets created by the service.

[Woman] "No matter what you need support with, we will make sure that we're there to get you in front of the right people that can support you."
