Deliveries

As we have recently changed suppliers, it may take us longer to get your equipment to you. We're prioritising critical and urgent orders but contact the person who ordered the equipment for you if you have any concerns.

Medequip staff will always wear uniforms, carry identification badges, and contact you before arriving to confirm delivery details. If anyone asks for payment or personal information, please report this immediately on 0800 008 7500.

Returns

Our equipment is on loan to you, so when you don't need it anymore, it has to be returned. As we have recently changed suppliers, we may not be able to collect your equipment straight away. Please hold on to any equipment you wish to return and we'll collect it as soon as we can.

If the equipment has been fixed to the floor or wall it is your responsibility to remove the items before collection. If you can't do this yourself, the Age UK Handyman Scheme may be able to help.

Complaints

If you wish to raise a complaint about your equipment, you must speak to your equipment provider in the first instance.

If your complaint cannot be resolved by the equipment provider contact our Adult Social Services Complaints Team.
