To apply by post, visit your nearest hub library below or call 03000 41 83 83 to ask for an application form.
Apply in a hub library
If you have your supporting documents, apply for an older or disabled person’s bus pass in the following libraries:
- Ashford
- Canterbury
- Cheriton
- Dartford
- Dover
- Folkestone
- Gravesend
- Kent History and Library Centre (Maidstone)
- Margate
- Sevenoaks
- Sheerness
- Sittingbourne
- Southborough
- Tonbridge.
After you apply
After you send in all the required documents, we will assess your application. Your pass might be delayed if you don't provide all the required documents.
