You can access HR Self Service on your own personal device, but only if you're connected to a public Wi-Fi network in a Kent library or KCC office.

Quick guides show you how to use the tools available in the system. Make sure you follow the guides that relate to your specific Self Service responsibility. When using it remotely, links such as the Quick Guide buttons will not work as they link to documents held on KNet.

Technical support

Raise a call with ICT Service Desk via Service Now. If you are asked for login credentials, select ‘use external login’ and enter your username. If you are not able to access Service Now, call 03301 65 00 00 and the ICT Service Desk will raise a request on your behalf.
