The Connect to Work Programme
Connect to Work is a voluntary supported employment programme launched as part of the Get Britain Working Strategy.
Designed to help people who face barriers to employment. Such as health conditions, disabilities, or specific disadvantages - find and stay in meaningful work.
If someone is unemployed or at risk of leaving their job, the programme offers up to 12 months of support to help them get back into work.
Alongside Medway Council we have funding to support more than 9,000 individuals across Kent and Medway. The scheme not only supports job seekers, but we also offer free support to businesses to help employ people to their organisation.
