Filming on the highway

Improvements to PROW requests
If you require changes or improvements to a PROW including:
- provision of new furniture (stiles, gates and other furniture) - landowner is charged actual cost incurred by KCC (materials and labour)
- provision of new routes as result of public path order - landowner is charged actual cost incurred by KCC (materials and labour)
- access improvement (eg replacement of stile with a gate) 80% paid by KCC and 20% voluntary contribution by landowner
- maintenance of existing furniture that is the responsibility of landowner (e.g. stiles, gates) 25% paid by KCC and 75% contribution by landowner.
