We collect feedback on our webpages using the three smiley icons at the bottom of each page.

Why your feedback matters

Between May 2025 and April 2026, our SEND information pages had almost 300,000 visits. In that time, we received 8 pieces of feedback.

That means we’re missing the opportunity to hear from the people who matter most:

  • parents and carers
  • young people
  • professionals

We want to understand what’s working, and what isn’t - but we can’t do that without you.

What you've told us so far

The feedback we have received has helped us make changes:

  • broken links - fixed
  • pages not up to date - updated where you've told us
  • some webpages are unclear - we are constantly reviewing and improving webpages.

What we’re doing to improve

We’re already making changes based on feedback:

  • adding short videos to explain key information
  • improving how content is laid out so it’s easier to read
  • making it clearer how to contact teams, including the SEND Enquiries Hub.
