If you applied to move your child to a different school but were not offered a place you have the right to make an appeal.

For any appeals being lodged read the full copy of our privacy notice, outlining your rights in relation to your personal data.
Appeal hearings
Appeals are heard within 30 school days.
The hearing lets:
- you explain why you think your child should have a place
- the school explain why it could not offer your child a place.
We'll let you know the date of your hearing at least 10 days before. You also get the appeal paperwork 7 days before the hearing.
