Arranging your visit

Booking process

We can provisionally book a visit for you and hold the booking for up to 4 weeks before you need to confirm it.

When you've booked your stay, we recommend coming along for a pre-visit. We can arrange that for you as part of the booking process.

An initial non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required when you book and a further 50% deposit will be due 6 months before your visit.

The balance is due 12 weeks before your visit. All deposits are non-refundable.

You can pay by invoice or Direct Debit. We will raise an invoice for the booking fee, deposit and balance.

When we receive your booking fee, we will confirm your booking. The balance must be paid 12 weeks before your visit.

If you cancel more than 12 weeks before your visit and payment has been made, you are entitled to a 75% refund (excluding deposit).
If you cancel between 12 and 4 weeks before your visit, you are entitled to a 50% refund (excluding deposit).
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your visit you will not be entitled to a refund.
We recommend that you get insurance to protect you against individual or group cancellation.

We will only accept a group booking of a minimum of 25 pupils between May and July.
