Prices

  • Students within centre providing teaching and learning - £1,078
  • Activity hall - £25 per hour
  • Block bookings - £20 per hour
  • Classroom - £25 per hour, £60 for 4 hours, £100 for 8 hours
  • Classroom with ICT availability - £35 per hour, £70 for 4 hours, £150 for 8 hours
  • Workshops – Qualified staff to be used (proof required) £50 per hour, £150 for 4 hours, £300 for 8 hours

Meeting room

Suitable for groups up to 30

  • Voluntary organisations - £20 per hour
  • Schools / Kent County Council - £20 per hour
  • Commercial (excluding VAT) - £25 per hour, £70 for 4 hours, £120 for 8 hours

Equipment hire

  • PC hire - £15 for 4 hours, £30 for 8 hours
  • OHP hire - free
  • TV / video set up - £20 for 4 hours
  • Tea / coffee / biscuits - £2 per person

Cancellation charges

  • Non-attendance on the day - 100% of venue cost
  • 48 hours’ notice - 50% of venue costs
  • 1 week or less  - 25% of venue costs
