About this group

It can help make sense of feelings and emotions in a creative way.

You are able to choose the books we read around the themes of resilience, identity and emotional wellbeing. We read them together, and share the storytelling. As well as discussing the narratives and characters. We share experiences and offer wellbeing support and coping strategies.

By joining you can:

  • supports young people’s personal development
  • encourage others to read
  • help understand your emotions and feelings better
  • develop a sense of belonging.

Attend this group

This group is available if you're 12 to 18-years-old who have or know of someone with SEND. We meet online via MS Teams, every two weeks on a Wednesday between 5pm to 6pm.
