About this group

This group is for young people who are passionate about wanting to make a difference for young people who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Learn what SEND means.

Join us for fun activities in a friendly environment, learn new skills, make new friends and play games whilst talking about things that matter to you.

By joining you can:

  • drive improvements in SEND services
  • help improve and make recommendations for SEND support within education and other services
  • develop resources to help SEND young people, education professionals and other services.

What other young people think of this group

"It's really welcoming, you don’t feel judged or on the spot because your new."

"It's really fun, I haven’t been part of this group for long but can already tell its going to help me."

"I can share more of my personality and who I am now, and not who I used to be. I can show my true personality and who I actually want to be known as and not hide it."
