Youth Voice - Elective Home Educated (EHE) Group
About this group
This group has been co-produced by and for young people who do not attend school to:
- make new friends
- have fun
- learn new skills
- develop your resilience and wellbeing
- have your say about what matters to you
- make a difference in a friendly safe space.
By joining you can:
- support other young people’s personal development
- represent and channel the youth voice for collective action
- develop trusted relationships
- raise awareness on topics of interest to young people
- drive improvements in young people’s services
- help to improve and make recommendations for young people’s support within education and other services.
Attend this group
This group is available if you're 11 to 18-years-old. We meet online via MS Teams and face-to-face for activities, every two weeks on Tuesdays between 1:30pm and 2:15pm.
Tromie Dodd (Participation Worker) and Sarah Haigh (Emotional Wellbeing Participation Worker) lead this group.
