Quarterly performance report
Every 3 months we publish information about how our services are performing as part of Cabinet papers. The report contains a number of key performance indicators, organised by our main service areas. Against each of the indicators we provide:
- performance against target
- graphs showing performance trends
- a green, amber or red status which shows whether performance meets, is close to, or is worse than target
- a direction of travel which uses arrows to show whether there are improvements, no change or a fall or change in a service's performance over time.
The report also includes activity indicators which present demand levels for services or other contextual information.
Activity is closely monitored as part of the overall management information to ensure the council reacts appropriately to changing levels of demand.
