Charities endorsed by the Chairman
This year the Chairman of Kent County Council, Richard Palmer, will be supporting women, children and young people by raising money for the following charities:
- SATEDA
- Young Lives Foundation.
SATEDA
SATEDA is a domestic abuse charity supporting women and children across Kent, Swale and Maidstone. They help women escape abuse and rebuild their lives, empowering them to live safer, healthier futures.
Young Lives Foundation
Young Lives Foundation (YLF) is an award-winning children’s charity dedicated to offering guidance, support and opportunities to individuals facing significant challenges, including those in care, transitioning out of care, or dealing with trauma and educational difficulties. By taking a holistic approach, YLF empowers those it supports, fostering resilience and creating positive, lasting impacts within local communities.
Donate
Anyone can donate to the charities endorsed by the Chairman and any amount can be donated. All donations made will be split equally between the charities.
