About the Vice Chairman

Our current Vice Chairman is Dodger Sian.

Dodger Sian was born and grew up in Northfleet. He attended Northfleet School for Boys for his secondary education and continued his studies at City Way College in Medway, where he completed a BTEC Diploma in Business.

At 16, Dodger began working on-site as a labourer, quickly earning recognition for his commitment and work ethic. This drive led him to train as a Formwork Carpenter, marking the beginning of a successful career in construction. Dodger went on to establish his own business as a subcontractor. Over time, he has built and managed multiple successful construction businesses, both in the UK and internationally.

Dodger believes that developing a strong work ethic early in life has been key to his success. This foundation has enabled him to effectively manage multiple business ventures while also dedicating himself fully to his role as a Kent County Councillor, where he continues to serve his community with commitment and focus.

Dodger is married and has 3 children.
