1. Website Design
Some webpage text does not meet minimum contrast requirements 4:5:1 (WCAG guideline: 1.4.3). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
Some webpage links use the name “here” or full URL which does not clearly indicate where it takes the user (WCAG guideline: 2.4.4). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
Invalid login details, licence details and expiry dates use red to show the user where the error is located which makes the focus indicator difficult to see. (WCAG guideline: 2.4.7). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
Horizontal scrolling is present on the My Details page when zoomed to 400% after a document has been added to the system (WCAG guideline: 1.4.10). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
The table header text is emptying within the approved and saved applications tables (WCAG guideline: 1.3.1). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
On the Licence Payment page, the Delete button icon does not meet colour contrast requirements of 3:1 (WCAG guideline: 1.4.11). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
On the Login and Licence Application pages, mandatory fields are not clearly defined until information is submitted without the correct fields filled in (WCAG guideline: 3.3.2). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
2. Images
Images are missing descriptive alternative text (WCAG guideline: 1.1.1). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
3. Web languages
Some input fields do not have visible HTML labels for assistive technologies (WCAG guideline: 4.1.2, 1.3.1). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
The My Details drop down menu does not have an accessible name for assistive technologies (WCAG guideline: 4.1.2, 1.3.1). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
The search button on the Licence Application page does not have visible text for assistive technologies (WCAG guideline: 4.1.2). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
Headings on most pages are not clearly marked up with the HTML for assistive technologies (WCAG guideline: 1.3.1). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
4. Keyboard access
The Account Details, Account Documents and Home Button are not keyboard accessible (WCAG guideline: 2.1.1). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
A “Skip to Content” link is not present throughout the system (WCAG guideline: 2.4.1). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
It is not currently possible to input a date into the start or expiry input fields when using a keyboard exclusively (WCAG guideline: 2.1.1). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
5. Other issues
Some webpages have invalid input, successful upload or save messages that are not announced to users (WCAG guideline: 3.3.3, 4.1.3). We are working to fix this issue by August 2023.
