Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) and Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS)

In 2015, we awarded contracts to alternative equipment providers.

NRS Healthcare took over the contract from Integrated Community Equipment Services (ICES), to partner with the council and the NHS Clinical Commissioning groups (CCGs) in Kent. Contact Centra Pulse on 0300 456 3785 or email pulse@centragroup.org.uk.

Centra Plus took over the contract from Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS), to supply, install, maintain and monitor telecare alarms. Contact Centra Pulse on 0300 456 3785 or email pulse@centragroup.org.uk.

Ordering equipment online

ICES and Digital Care use separate online ordering systems for equipment. The systems are:

  • Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) - iRIS4
  • Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS) - DATS

You can get a registration form for iRIS4 or DATS by emailing communitysupport@kent.gov.uk.

We provide online training for professionals who will need to order using the new system. You will be contacted about training after you have sent in your registration form.
