The compulsory purchase order was published on 2 February 2022, and documents were on display until 25 February 2022.

In response to remaining objections, we published our Statement of Case on 19 May 2022.

We hope to resolve the remaining objections, but work will continue in preparation for a public enquiry.

A copy of the order, maps and statement of case can be seen at these locations from 19 May 2022.

  • Kent County Council Main Reception, Sessions House, County Hall, Maidstone ME14 1XQ between 8:30am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
  • Dover District Council Reception, Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Whitfield, Dover CT16 3PJ between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday.
