Dover Fastrack compulsory purchase order

To deliver the Dover Fastrack scheme, we need a compulsory purchase order to secure the required land. You can read all the documents relating to the compulsory purchase order below or find out more about Dover Fastrack.

How to make objections

Any objections to the order must be made in writing before 25 February 2022 and should state the:

  • title of the order
  • grounds of objection
  • objector's address
  • interest in the land.

You can email nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk or send to: Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR.

In submitting an objection, it should be noted that your personal data and correspondence will be passed to the county council to enable your objection to be considered.

Anonymous representations are not accepted, but you may ask for your name and address to be withheld. If you ask for this, you should make sure that your representations do not include any other information that may identify you. Your representations will be copied to the county council, with your name and address removed and if there is a Local Public Inquiry they will be seen by the inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
