Interfaith events

Throughout the year various places of worship across Kent will hold events to the public to celebrate interfaith working.

If you have an event you would like listed, where people can visit different places and find out more about different faiths, please email PSRPolicy@kent.gov.uk with the details. Alternatively if  you have an event you would like listed in Medway, or you require further details email medway.interfaith@gmail.com.

Interfaith Walk in Ashford

The Ashford Interfaith Group have taken the decision to postpone the Interfaith Walk and it is now scheduled for June 2021.

A meeting will be held on 3 June 2020 to discuss future activities and how events can be kept in line with social distancing and other public health guidelines.

Interfaith Marriage: crossing boundaries and nurturing growth

Monday 9 November 2020, 7pm to 8:30pm

As the traditional institutions of marriage and religion lose popularity in contemporary societies, the world is seeing a significant increase in interfaith marriages. This presentation by Rev Dr Bonni-Belle Pickar explores resources to help interfaith couples strengthen their marriages and their personal and corporate faith development.
