Team managers vacancies
The Lifespan Pathway Community Learning Disability Teams (CLDTs) work together to provide an efficient and high performing service to adults aged 26+ with a learning disability in Kent. Following a redesign of our services we are currently recruiting new team managers to each of the 5 county wide teams.
The team manager will establish and oversee a Client Support Service, which will monitor, review and undertake non-urgent complex casework for the majority of cases within the CLDT. The team manager will be directly responsible for identifying cases that require allocation for short term intensive social work intervention before being handed back to the Client Support Service. Alongside the team Safeguarding Coordinator you will be responsible for triaging all new safeguarding concerns and be responsible for managing accurate data collection and escalating any issues affecting functionality to the service manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated professional. You will need to hold a relevant social work degree and have strong people and performance management skills. Alongside opportunities for training and development, you will receive the support you need and recognition for your good work.
Informal visits prior to interview are welcomed from people who share our values and are ready to be part of our exciting journey.
